Water Utility Supervisor Job Announcement


Water Utility Supervisor - City of Tomah, Monroe County, WI. (pop. 9,192) is accepting applications for the Water Utility Supervisor.  This is a supervisory position working under the direction of the Public Works & Utilities Director.   Successful applicants must be qualified to administer and teach basic operator training courses, must be a Grade I WI water treatment plant operator in the following plant subclasses: Groundwater, Distribution, Iron Removal, and Radium Removal.  Two years of accredited technical school in water treatment plant operation technology and 4 years of experience in operation of a Class 1 plant preferred.   Attention to detail, hands-on work style, and customer service skills are critical; project management, and strong communication skills are essential.    Salary negotiable DOQ. 2014 Budget Hearing




Please be advised that the City of Tomah Common Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 819 Superior Avenue, Tomah regarding the proposed 2014 City of Tomah Annual Budget.  Documentation is available for review at the City Clerk's office between 8 and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
