Supervisor. This is a supervisory
position working under the direction of the Public Works & Utilities
Director. Successful applicants must
be qualified to administer and teach basic operator training courses, must be a
Grade I WI water treatment plant operator in the following plant subclasses:
Groundwater, Distribution, Iron Removal, and Radium Removal. Two years of accredited technical school in
water treatment plant operation technology and 4 years of experience in
operation of a Class 1 plant preferred.
Attention to detail, hands-on work style, and customer service skills
are critical; project management, and strong communication skills are

2014 Budget Hearing
Please be advised that the City of Tomah Common Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 819 Superior Avenue, Tomah regarding the proposed 2014 City of Tomah Annual Budget. Documentation is available for review at the City Clerk's office between 8 and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Part Time Cashier – Treasurer’s Office – The City of Tomah is accepting applications for
a part time cashier to assist in performing a variety of routine and complex
clerical, accounting, and financial work in administrating the treasury
function of the City. This position
works under the general supervision of the City Treasurer, City Administrator
and City Clerk. Successful applicants must have a high school diploma
supplemented by courses in office procedures and accounting with experience in
Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, good communication and
